If the sprinkler head still doesn't rotate after cleaning, add a small amount of lubricating oil to the stainless steel spring on top of the white gasket and spring ring. 2. If the sprinkler head doesn't rotate when first used, gently touch the spring, and it should resume normal rotation. 3. Clean the sprinkler after extended periods of non-use.
